Full Time Customer Support Representative - Ottawa West
Description
The user support team at Mopify supports both customers and service providers via phone, chat, SMS and email.
Located in our Ottawa office, you’ll learn to master our internal systems and make sure operations ticks-along smoothly as the company continues along its path of rapid growth.
This is a full-time position based out of our offices in Ottawa West. We also offer an extensive benefits package, as well as other perks such as a fully-stocked kitchen.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Have experience providing customer support with tools such as live chat, SMS, and an email ticketing/queueing system.
- Speak additional languages.
- Are entrepreneurial-minded and love new technologies.
